Lydia has been in the industry since 2004 and brings interior design expertise to the Ware Malcomb team. Known for her innovative approach and hands-on design leadership, Lydia has built a strong reputation for delivering curated, experiential environments across a wide range of project types and sizes.

Her background includes aviation, hospitality, workplace and sports design, with a focus on detail, creativity and technical execution throughout all phases of the design process. Lydia has led award-winning teams on projects nationwide and has been recognized with more than 15 design excellence awards from local and national industry associations.
