Matt Chaiken

An industry veteran since 1992, Matt brings specialized architectural and construction expertise to the Ware Malcomb team. As Vice President and member of Ware Malcomb’s Executive Team, Matt provides overall leadership of the Central Region including the Denver office. As a thought leader in Industrial Design, Matt serves as an Account Executive on select national corporate accounts for Fortune 500 companies.

A Licensed Architect in Colorado, Kansas, Texas, Wyoming, Oklahoma, Montana, Virginia and Ohio, Matt has experience in all facets of architecture including manufacturing, industrial, distribution, commercial office, technology and retail projects. Matt was published in the Colorado Real Estate Journal and was a speaker at the CREJ Distressed Real Estate Market Summit. He is also an active member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
