An outstanding strategist, leader, and communicator, Maureen has been involved in the industry since 1998 and brings marketing, communications and management expertise to the Ware Malcomb team. As Principal, Marketing, Maureen oversees the firmwide marketing program and corporate marketing team for the firm’s connected offices across the Americas. Maureen leads the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive business development, and ultimately increase revenue.

Maureen was instrumental in launching Ware Malcomb’s online presence and solidifying its digital marketing strategy. In addition to media and branding efforts, Maureen continues to elevate the marketing program through the creation and execution of winning strategies for all major pursuits. A skillful and caring mentor, Maureen not only contributes to the growth and development of the firm’s Marketing Team, she also mentors team members across disciplines as part of the companywide mentoring program.  Uplifting others, embracing new challenges and continuously evolving have long been trademarks of Maureen’s persona.

Maureen has been featured multiple times in the Orange County Business Journal as a Women in Business Award nominee and has been a presenter at the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Pacific Regional Conference Social Media Panel, SMPS NY/NJ Elevate Your Career Panel and the Cal State University Fullerton Women’s Leadership Symposium.

Maureen received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and her Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management.
