Melissa Martorano

Melissa has been involved in the industry since 2017 and provides interior architecture and design expertise to the Ware Malcomb team. As Studio Manager, Interior Architecture & Design, Melissa is responsible for the management of the Interior Architecture & Design Studio for the Phoenix office and provides Industrial, Workplace and Medical Office expertise. She is also a licensed Interior Designer (NCIDQ) and is involved in the local Phoenix NAIOP chapter. Melissa excels in the use of Revit and AutoCAD, while also overseeing all aspects of project design, project management, space planning, schematic design, design development, contract documents, consultant coordination, and contract administration. Her project expertise includes corporate office, healthcare and medical office, and industrial.
