Michele McMinn

Michele McMinn brings extensive interior architecture and design experience to the Ware Malcomb team as Director, Interior Architecture & Design in the Nashville studio. She is recognized for her strategic approach, collaborative leadership and ability to guide complex projects with clarity and vision. Michele’s design process is rooted in strong project visioning, thoughtful placemaking and a disciplined understanding of how interior environments support people, culture and performance.

Her award winning portfolio spans workplace, education, healthcare, aviation and civic interiors, with more than 4.5 million square feet of project impact in Nashville alone. Michele was named one of the Nashville Business Journal’s Women of Influence in 2024 and serves on the national Mindful Materials AEC Forum and Florim International Design Advisory Council. Her work and insights have been featured in Architectural Record, Architect, Interior Design, Contract and Azure magazines.
