Mili Del Castillo

Mili has been involved in the industry since 2005. As Director, Interior Design, she is responsible for design excellence, growth, management, and mentorship of the Interior Architecture and Design Studio and oversees all interior projects nationally.

Mili’s expertise and client- and people-focused mindset are invaluable. Mili enjoys working closely with clients to develop environments that are authentic reflections of their businesses and cultures. Her experience working with multiple cultures such as China, India, Sweden, Brazil, and Peru, helps her to understand the needs of international clients, markets, and work styles.

Originally from Lima, Peru, Mili received a Bachelor of Architecture from Ricardo Palma University, Lima, and a Master of Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley where she also taught in an architectural studio. She is an active member of AIA and a former board member of the IIDA SoCal Student Affairs Committee.
