Nick brings over 15 years of experience to the Ware Malcomb team, delivering human centered, experience-based work environments. Responsible for leading the firm’s workplace strategy practice across all regions, he partners with clients to formulate their unique objectives: mindful of wellness, social responsibility, talent strategy, the workforce ecosystem and measures for success.
His team’s scope of work spans from pre-lease data driven decision making, to robust change communications plans, to multiple workplace performance assessments supporting a wide variety of projects from enterprise-wide portfolios to single occupiers.
