Nick Watkins

Since 2006, Nick has specialized in delivering human-centered, experience-based work environments. As Director, Workplace Strategy, he is responsible for growing Ware Malcomb’s practice across all regions.

Nick and his team utilize a range of methods, including AI, machine learning and IoT, tailored to each client’s opportunities and needs, to deliver visioning, occupancy evaluations, performance simulations, pre-lease data driven decision-making, and change management for a wide variety of industries. From enterprise-wide portfolios to single occupiers, the Workplace Strategy team reveals novel insights that contribute to well-being, value creation, talent strategy, amplified productivity, design excellence and efficiency, and accelerated innovation.
