Penny Rietschel

Penny joined the industry in 1997 and brings commercial workplace interiors, project management, operations and leadership to the Ware Malcomb team. As Regional Operations Manager, Penny oversees business operations across the Pacific Northwest region. She leverages collaborative, cross-functional teams and maintains an organized approach to solving complex design and construction issues, yielding a high-quality project that exceeds client expectations. The camaraderie Penny establishes with the team from programming through completion has forged strong and long-lasting relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and city officials.

A LEED Accredited Professional, Penny has managed large-scale, multi-phased projects for several clients in the US and Asia. In 2013, she was recognized as one of Silicon Valley Business Journal’s “Women of Influence”, and is involved with Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Silicon Valley and CoreNet’s Northern California chapter. She also was Chapter President of CREW Silicon Valley in 2012, as well as a member of the CREW Network Scholarship Selection Committee and the CREW California Conference Planning Committee.
