Design Manager

Ryan is an award-winning architect and designer, bringing in-depth architectural design expertise focused on community and the human experience to the team. As a Design Manager, Ryan is a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging his technical background to create buildable design solutions that balance aesthetic impact and project budget. He is responsible for design concept, design development and ensuring consistent design thinking and continuity through project completion.

With a strong background in the design of class A commercial real estate, his project experience includes mixed-use developments, master planning, multifamily, science & technology, building repositioning, retail and community developments.

Ryan is a published researcher and scholar and has contributed to multiple research grants focused on community engagement and the built environment. He serves part-time as an Adjunct Professor at NYIT’s School of Architecture and Design. Ryan’s commitment to the local community is further extended through his 501c3 non-profit organization The Joseph David Hernandez Foundation, dedicated to bettering the lives of underprivileged youth through sports.
