Taek Kim

Taek has been involved in the architecture industry since 2003, bringing a deep commitment to design excellence and collaboration to the Ware Malcomb team. As Director of Architecture, he leads teams through all phases of design and delivery, guiding projects from concept to completion with a focus on process-driven innovation.

His portfolio includes large-scale mixed-use developments, high-rise residential and commercial towers, retail destinations and cultural institutions across the United States and internationally. Taek’s work has been recognized by Architizer, Interior Design Magazine and other industry platforms.

He has also shared his insights on design and construction through lectures and teaching engagements at Columbia University, Pratt Institute and ULI, enriching the profession through thought leadership and mentorship.
