Tina Lamkey

Tina has been in the design industry since 2005 and has a strong background in workplace design and strategy, sustainable solutions, business operations and project execution. As Director, Firmwide Business Operations, she leads firmwide operations for Ware Malcomb’s Interiors, MEP and Structural engineering practices.

A dynamic leader, Tina excels at shaping collaborative and adaptable environments to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. She has led and managed projects of all sizes and complexity, including large-scale projects for many notable clients including Goodyear, Johnson Controls and Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where she developed 20-year Finish Standards encompassing 3.3 million square feet. Known for her strong ambition and work ethic, Tina is a key leader driving operational excellence and client success.
