Tom Myers

A licensed architect in the State of California and a LEED Accredited Professional, Tom has been involved in the industry since 1985 and brings vast architecture, planning, design, and management expertise to Ware Malcomb. As Principal, Architecture, Tom is responsible for the overall leadership of the Irvine Architecture Studio.

Tom’s responsibilities include client development, staff management and business development. Tom’s expertise includes industrial, office, education, public sector, science & technology, advanced manufacturing, hospitality, retail, and healthcare projects. He is a Board Member of NAIOP (the Commercial Real Estate Development Association) Inland Empire Chapter, a member of NAIOP SoCal Chapter, SIOR (Society of Office and Industrial Realtors) and the Industrial Local Product Council of ULI’s (Urban Land Institute) Southern California Chapter.
