William Roberts

As Associate Principal and General Counsel, Roberts oversees the firm’s legal functions, while providing legal, risk, and compliance counsel for a growing number of offices across the Americas. Bill has been involved in the industry since 2003 and brings experience serving as in-house legal counsel within the architecture, design, infrastructure, environmental services, and engineering sectors to the Ware Malcomb team.

Bill earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University, an MBA from the University of Southern California, and graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from the University of California, Irvine. Additionally, he earned a certificate in International Economics from The London School of Economics. Bill currently serves on the Advisory Council of the Risk Management Program at the University of Southern California, Advisory Board member for USC’s Institute for Corporate Counsel and is a licensed attorney in the state of California.
