Architecture, interior design, and branding services for exterior upgrades, lobby updates, and tenant improvement to the spec suites. The exterior upgrades included accent paint, a mural painting, yellow fins with accent lighting, and updating the patio canopies. The project also included a “Regent Ready” spec suite program including floor-specific lounge amenities.
