Architecture, interior design and branding services for a 106,000 SF, ground-up Ganahl Lumber store. The project includes will call storage and loading area, operations offices, mezzanine, roof top parking and photovoltaic panels. The project also includes storefront entrances, office/sales/meeting space, door and window department showroom and receiving area. The remainder of the building includes storage buildings of varying sizes. Ware Malcomb also designed the interior and exterior signage and graphic program for the store.
