Architecture and interior design services for a 32-foot clear, 646,400 SF tilt wall build to suit distribution center. The 15,000 SF modern office space was designed with large windows giving the interior space a more open feel. Private offices were given glass fronts to bring more light into the center area. The break area/town hall can accommodate three shifts at a time. The 5,000 SF product showroom is a more permanent space for products allowing clients to come directly to the manufacturer. Loloi Rugs designs and handcrafts distinctive rugs.
