WASHINGTON, D.C. (April 19, 2022) – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced that Rei Takata has been hired as Studio Manager, Architecture in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. In this role, Takata will help lead the studio and manage select projects.
A registered architect in the State of Maryland, Takata has over 20 years of project experience including multifamily, adaptive reuse and higher education. He brings extensive experience leading complex, multi-million-dollar projects from schematic design through to construction administration. Takata will utilize his in-depth multifamily market experience to further develop and strengthen the Washington, D.C. office’s multifamily portfolio.
