IRVINE, Calif. (June xx, 2025) – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced that Daniel Gehman has joined the firm as Director, Multifamily, in its Irvine office. In this role, Gehman will focus on expanding Ware Malcomb’s architectural presence in the multifamily sector on the West Coast, working closely with the firm’s leaders to advance opportunities for large-scale architecture projects.

Gehman brings more than 35 years of architectural experience to the firm. For the past 27 years, he has served as a principal, studio director or senior designer at various Southern California firms, focusing almost exclusively on residential infill and semi-urban, urban and transit-oriented multifamily projects. Gehman enjoys building teams, mentoring and coaching, and winning work through creative solutions to more efficiently design and deliver housing projects. He received his degree in architecture from Cornell University.
A continuous learner, Gehman is committed to sharing his knowledge and has served as a guest lecturer in the University of Southern California’s Master of Real Estate program for more than ten years. He is also a ULI member, sits on the Multifamily Council at the National Association of Home Builders and is a recognized thought leader, frequently speaking or serving as a panelist at various real estate and industry events.
