More than 15% of suites on each floor are barrier-free. The project includes 8,611 SF of indoor amenities such as a party room, gym, and game room, plus a 2,540 SF indoor gathering space and a 5,059 SF outdoor patio on the eighth floor.
This design meets strict urban setback guidelines, while offering a public park, inner courtyard, and greenbelt access to enhance community connectivity.
