Confidential Financial Tech Company

The renovated space is designed to cater to the financial industry, providing enhanced better security, privacy and acoustical quality while still offering the traditional amenities of a coworking environment.

Interior architecture and design, interior decorating and branding services for a four-floor, 48,000 SF coworking space in a landmark building in Midtown, Manhattan. The two-phase project included renovating the 2nd and 6th floors and interior fit-out of the 3rd and 4th floors. The goal of the project was to update the coworking space to suit tenants looking for better security, privacy and acoustical quality. The original space, which featured open floor plans with a mix of lounge seating and workstations, was transformed to a mix of private offices, conference spaces, phone rooms and communal areas. The client provided schematic designs, which Ware Malcomb further defined and carried through to construction completion.
