Architectural design services for two speculative industrial buildings on a single site that included a 126,000 SF rear load and a 432,000 SF cross dock. The buildings are each one-story structures with conventional concrete foundations, concrete tilt-up wall panels, and insulated steel roof structures. The design team assessed and altered the proposed bay spacing on each building to achieve a higher yield of dock positions, better aisle widths, and better ESFR head spacing within the originally proposed footprint.
