Interior architecture and design services for a 14,000 SF office space. The project included consolidating 2 existing offices into a new, expanded space. Spaces include a lab space, high security zone, open and closed office areas, huddle rooms, conference rooms, training rooms, cafe and locker area. Ware Malcomb provided space planning, schematic design, design development, furniture and contract documents. The open concept workplace showcases bright, inviting break-out areas designed to provide flexibility and a change of scenery during the day for employees.
