LAS VEGAS (June 4, 2026) – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced the opening of its Las Vegas office, located at 1 Meridian Vista Dr. in Summerlin South. This new location becomes part of Ware Malcomb’s Southwest Region, and brings the total number of Ware Malcomb offices in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil to 30.

Andrew Martin has joined Ware Malcomb as Regional Manager for the new Las Vegas office. In his new role, he will lead and manage the Las Vegas office, bringing extensive experience across multiple project types and a strong portfolio of work in the region. Martin previously owned his own architectural practice, completing projects across hospitality, office, multifamily, restaurant, industrial, and tenant improvement sectors.

Martin received his Master of Architecture from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and is a licensed architect in Nevada, as well as an active member of NAIOP.
