Landlord architect and building measurement services for a 241,000 SF, high-rise office building. Ware Malcomb has provided interior design and tenant planning services for the lobby and common areas, along with select tenant improvements and speculative suites.
The two-story lobby atrium was updated with select finishes while maintaining the historic look and feel of the building. The reception desk was reclad, and new flooring and furniture were installed. A textured feature wall was also added behind the reception desk.
To enhance 33 New Montgomery’s curb appeal, exterior improvements included a new stainless steel awning with the address number “33” cut out and LED back lit with adjustable colored lights.
