33 New Montgomery

Inspired by the stepped architectural massing of the tower’s upper levels and the natural, organic elements that are dotted across the city, the design balances heavy forms and a gentle palette.

Landlord architect services for a 241,000 SF high rise office building.  Ware Malcomb has provided interior design and tenant planning services for the lobby and common areas, along with select tenant improvements and speculative suites.

The two-story lobby atrium was updated with select finishes while maintaining the historic look and feel of the building. The reception desk was reclad, and new flooring and furniture were installed. A textured feature wall was also added behind the reception desk.

To enhance 33 New Montgomery’s curb appeal, exterior improvements included a new stainless steel awning with the address number “33” cut out and LED back lit with adjustable colored lights.
