Architecture and interior design services for a 285,000 SF design-build distribution center. The building façade is mixed with pre-cast, metal and glass and features and upgraded white “flex wall” panel system with clearstory windows throughout the warehouse area. Clear height is 36’ throughout the warehouse. Roof assembly was designed with a ballasted roof system. Offices are filled with lots of light as the ceiling heights are over 24’ clear with full height glazing. The building is designed to accommodate multiple entries for both BMW office staff, and secured entry for warehouse staff.
