Architectural design services for the repositioning of an existing 1,000,000 SF facility. The existing facility has been non-operational for several years. It is a mix of the original building that has been added on to over the years. It has a variety of clear heights and uses including a 3-story office building. The central plant that runs the entire facility will be decommissioned over time to allow for separation of the office building from the light/heavy industrial portions of the project.
