Porsche Dealership

Architecture and interior design services for Porsche’s corporate dealership and Canadian head office, and parking structure on this design-build project.  The 3 storey, 63,000 SF dealership and office building includes a showroom, service, and training center on the ground floor.  The second-floor houses dealership offices and a cafeteria while the 3rd floor has offices with adjacent rooftop patio for Porsche Canada Headquarters.  The 7-story, parking structure totals 426,000 SF and includes ground floor retail.
