Interior architecture and design services for RLI Insurance Company’s new office design located on the 27th floor at Accenture Tower offering panoramic views of downtown Chicago. The 8,000 SF office overlooks the Metra train tracks and features materials with linear movement and bold, colorful branding to emulate RLI’s innovative culture. The office design incorporates a dynamic work cafe, new workstations and private offices, conference rooms, focus areas, and collaboration spaces. Notably, the large training room, called the ‘Commons’, features a movable glass partition that seamlessly opens up to the work cafe, enhancing employee flexibility and connectivity. The overall design successfully brings out the company’s brand and colors, while creating a work environment that is comfortable, but refined.
