Interior architecture and design services for a 35,000 SF tenant improvement for Unchained Labs’ new corporate headquarters and labs. Ware Malcomb renovated an existing building to reflect Unchained as a company while be considerate of the budget. The space includes lobby, open office, meeting and collaboration spaces, new labs, training rooms, break rooms and showers. The space is just as fun and vibrant as Unchained is as a company.
