Planning, architecture and interior design services for a 580,000 SF build-to-suit for a state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing and distribution facility. Project includes 380,000 SF of conditioned manufacturing area with four bottling and juice lines, 135,000 SF conditioned high pile, high bay warehouse for raw materials and finished goods and 65,000 SF of office. The functional areas include: blow and injection molding, bottling, fill and pasteurizing area, 65,000 SF process mezzanine, cold and dry storage, R.O. processing, Batch Room, air compressor room, ammonia refrigeration room and boiler room.
