To celebrate our culture of giving, our WM Community program encourages team members to be involved in local communities and charitable organizations, as well as the design and commercial real estate industries.
We are invested in community involvement and youth development. Our team members frequently participate as guest lecturers on a range of topics in the architecture and engineering industry to overall professional development.

WM Active

WM Foundation
The WM Foundation offers scholarship opportunities to Ware Malcomb team members children and dependents, providing financial support for their continued education, academic advancement, and the desire to make a difference in the world.
The team member must have been a full-time Ware Malcomb employee for a minimum of three years. The ideal applicant emulates values of teamwork, design, creativity, community involvement, entrepreneurship, and the pursuit of excellence.
