Architecture and interior design services for first generation improvement of a manufacturing building, which was significantly modified to support the first west coast facility for Stauffer’s, a cookie and cracker bakery. The overall facility totaled 202,000 SF, consisting of a large 125,000 SF ingredient storage, mixing, baking and packaging area with packaging mezzanine; 60,000 SF of high-pile storage warehouse and distribution; two-story office, QC, manufacturing office, boiler/compressor rooms, 8,000 amp electrical room, lunch and locker rooms totaling 17,000 SF, and an exterior silo farm. The project was coordinated with the equipment and food process engineer and required County Health Department approval.
