Ware Malcomb provided Architect of Record services for a second-generation tenant improvement within an existing 118,000 SF, four-story building for Boot Barn’s Corporate Headquarters. Serving as the central hub for the western and work‑wear retailer, the space features a dramatic four‑story waterfall and thoughtfully reimagined office environments including executive offices, conference rooms, break areas, and collaborative workspaces, creating a memorable workplace experience. Interior design was provided by The Heartland Interior Design.
