Sam Bellomio

As Civil Engineering Manager, helps lead the growth and management of the Civil Engineering Studio and manages select projects for the San Diego office. He develops and maintains local client relationships, manages key projects and grows Ware Malcomb’s civil presence throughout the region. Sam has brought Civil Engineering and storm water design expertise to the Ware Malcomb team since 2020. His unique ability to build client connections allows projects to adapt with smooth transitions using effective communication.

Registered as a Civil Engineer in the state of California, Sam has worked on a variety of project types including industrial, commercial, retail, single-family, multifamily and large subdivision projects. His expertise includes project management, site planning and development, entitlement procurement and deep knowledge in storm water management and design. Sam is an active member in the BIA Stormwater Taskforce, EPA SWMM user group, CASQA BMP Subcommittee, San Diego County Land development workgroup and San Diego TAC meetings on the Hydrology Manual updates.
