Troy J. Flick

A passionate and versatile licensed architect focused on design, Troy strives to provide solutions aligning with client’s needs and user’s wants. Troy has been involved in the industry since 2005. He maintains a strong design logic with environmental sensitivity. As Studio Manager, Design, he leads design efforts for select projects/clients, manages operational aspects of the entire design studio and collaborates with leadership across all offices.

Troy’s attention to detail, notable client management ability and strong leadership skills makes him a valuable member of our team. He is NCARB Certified and a LEED AP specializing in Building Design + Construction. Troy’s experience includes master planning, programming, conceptualization, and overall design implementation. He has worked on a variety of industrial, distribution, corporate office, healthcare, multifamily, mixed-use, automotive, repositions and retail projects.

In addition to architecture, Troy has been part of several volunteering organizations which include Rebuilding Together, City Year and AEC Cares. Aside from being focused on his professional career; Troy is an adrenaline junky and enjoys traveling which has been instrumental to inform his work and constantly seeks to experience cultural differences.
