Architecture and interior design services for the transformation of a 290,000 SF historic building into the new headquarters for Ace Hardware. The project reflects the brand’s 100‑year legacy while uniting more than 1,000 employees under one roof for the first time. Extensive programming efforts informed the development of flexible and scalable workplace neighborhoods tailored to departmental needs and future growth.
The design integrates the existing prairie style architecture with an industrial aesthetic, creating a cohesive workplace environment. The project repositions the former corporate campus as a contemporary headquarters aligned with the client’s brand legacy and received recognition as a 2025 Interior Design Magazine Best of Year Honoree.
