Architectural and interior design services for a new 40,000 SF full-service terminal auto dealership. The dealership includes a high-end 9 vehicle showroom, sales offices, lounge areas, retail boutique, and 166 site parking stalls. Additional spaces include a public Quattro café and an executive level with offices and a conference room as well as an additional public lounge area. There are 18 vehicle service and two wash/detail bays, an interior new car delivery room, a two-level parts department as well as an elevated three vehicle interior jewel box display with freeway frontage. This project meets the Audi of America Corporate design standards and all Cal Green sustainable building standards.
