Architecture, interior design and civil engineering services for an approximately 197,000 SF plant for the manufacturing of concrete masonry units and pavers. The project included approximately 9,000 SF of office space including conference rooms, lobby, offices, break room, restrooms, locker rooms and IT room. The office exterior was constructed entirely of Basalite building products. State-of-the-art equipment, some as high as 50 feet was incorporated into the manufacturing process. Related site work included a waste area, crush storage area and outdoor product storage.
