CBRE Asset Management

Interior architecture and design, branding and furniture selection services for 14,000 SF of office space for CBRE’s asset management division. The space features a modern, open office design concept with a variety workspace options including open and enclosed meeting areas and two open café/break out areas to foster employee engagement. Branded graphics are integral to the design, with CBRE’s core messaging and new workplace initiative guidelines incorporated throughout the space, including a custom acrylic display of the San Francisco skyline, privacy film for offices and conference rooms, a large map of San Francisco and a graphic for their break room titled “rise”, integrating imagery of the Golden Gate Bridge. The branding design drew inspiration from San Francisco and highlights CBRE’s focus on customer service and local reach.
