Ware Malcomb is the Executive Architect, along with Ehrlich Architects as Design Architect, for the 210,000 SF creative office development and 13,500 SF of two-story retail and restaurants. Set within an indoor/outdoor collaborative campus-like setting, the 15 two-story office buildings range from 2,000-28,000 SF. The design features standing seam metal roofs, varied roof lines and wood trellises. Roll-up doors and operable windows provide abundant natural light, and connect to outdoor patios with direct access to a common greenway.
