Architectural design services for 3 new office buildings (2, 4 and 5 stories) totaling 241,562 SF with an 8-level, 224,124 SF parking garage. The project creates an entertainment/media campus catering to creative office users for office, production, post-production, and editing. The campus offers large, flexible floor plates allowing for multiple office plan arrangements and sizing, including the opportunity for exterior circulation along the window line, as well as a multi-function courtyard space for events, screenings, and 3rd place work environment.
