Good Samaritan Medical Office Building was designed with a clean, modern look housing first class technology in operating rooms and imaging centers while simultaneously creating a welcoming environment for patients. The facility contains a surgery center, operating rooms, a radiology center, and more.

Architectural, interior, and branding services for the 193,500 SF, seven-story, steel framed medical office building, including exterior building and monument signage. The new building houses an ambulatory surgery center with 8 operating rooms, imaging center, radiation oncology center with 2 linear accelerators, pharmacy, café and physician’s offices. The facility is be connected to an existing medical office building by a two-story glass lobby that includes warm and inviting elements more traditionally found in a fine hotel than a medical facility. An outdoor roof garden over the eastern lower portion of the building serves as a waiting/lunch area. Situated in a high-profile location on Wilshire Boulevard, the entire building is composed of curtain-wall glazing and a pre-cast concrete base representing a clean, modern theme.
