Architecture and interior design services for a 3-story, 58,650 SF medical office building housing a physician assistant and two orthopedic surgeons. Mercy Medical Commons shares a site with a previously developed building, so our team designed the space to compliment the existing building with access and adjacency. The site has a curved road frontage and the building responds with a 3.5 story wing wall that is integrated into the building design. This strategic design provides prominent presentation of signage for the tenants and compliments the primary entrance to the Mercy Medical Hospital across the street.
