RUHS Medical & Surgery Center

Master planning and building measurement services for a multi-building campus with a mix of uses including retail, hotel and medical. Phase 1 included architecture and interior design services for a new 3-story, 200,000 SF medical office building serving, and connected to via bridge, Riverside University Health System’s existing hospital. Outpatient services include Clinics, Ambulatory Surgery, Imaging, Physical Therapy, Ancillary Support, and amenities such as “Grab and Go” food, pediatric play area, and healing garden. The project was designed to meet OSHPD-3 requirements and has achieved LEED Silver certification. This project was awarded the 2020 California Counties Architects and Engineers Association Award.
