The project is being delivered in three phases and includes both first and second-generation office space. Phase One, located at High Street 1B, consists of 51,357 SF of interior space and 12,838 SF of exterior space. This phase includes full field verification, test fits, schematic design, workplace strategy development, renderings, and furniture coordination. Phase Two, located at High Street 1A, includes 30,246 SF of interior space and 3,958 SF of exterior space. Phase Three, located at 211 Perimeter on floors 5 and 6, includes 51,357 SF of interior space. The design emphasizes open office environments with flexible teaming areas, focused work zones, and hospitality-driven amenities that reflect TriNet’s brand and operational goals.
