Interior architecture and design services for a 13,500 SF law office tenant improvement at the One Paseo office campus for Withersworldwide. Withersworldwide emphasized the importance of coming back to the workplace post-Covid for their employees and clients and worked closely with Ware Malcomb to curate this hybrid work space. The office space is split in half, for client facing work and internal employee work. This includes shared workstations, private offices, conference rooms and access to all the One Paseo exterior amenities.
