The first 40,000 SF shell & core medical office building accommodates the 10,000 SF Columbia Pediatrics, the 6,600 SF Long Beach Gastroenterology, and ambulatory surgery suites. The second 50,000 SF shell & core medical office building accommodates a variety of medical suites including the 11,500 SF Laser Skin Care Center, plastic surgery center, and pharmacy. Both buildings are designed to meet OSHPD-3 requirements.
