Interior architecture and design services for the renovation and remodel of 15,000 SF of office space. The goal was to transform the space to enhance the employee experience and improve recruitment and retention. The new space included a data center, three executive offices, three flex offices, open office area, a large conference room, two smaller conference rooms, huddle rooms, and storage. This project is an example of a functionally designed space through our utilization of open work plan concepts and shared collaborative areas. Within the same footprint as the original building, we were able to fit 10 future employee workstations. Fun and creative employee zones including a game room, coffee bars and a central “town hall” break room area for large groups of people to gather and work together was added. Additional square footage within the building was captured by conducting employee interviews and re-programming within departments.
